Dr. Lenny O. Harvey has carried the Gospel since the age of 16. He was ordained and Licensed in 1984 at the age of 18. God developed this servant from scratch so he was not denied due process. He was a submitted servant for 17 years before he ever founded and became the senior Pastor of Charity Cathedral International. The Work was started in his living room on January 3, 1998. Since the inception Dr. Harvey has Pastored in the Bronx and simutaneously initiated and solely ran a ministry campus site in Newburgh, NY for 6 years. Adjacent to supplication and closet study Dr. Harvey has earned a BA Degree from New World Bible Institute, a Masters from Light House Bible College and a Doctorate from Outreach Bible College. Dr. Harvey has given back as a professor at Eastern Bible Institute in Irvington, New Jersey. He has taught and created lesson plans for Masters & Doctorial students with new curriculum. Dr. Harvey's companion is Lady Yolanda and their three special gifts are Isaiah, LennAsia and Kaylah.

The Late Apostle William Brown of Salvation and Deliverance Worldwide in New York dually elevated Dr. Harvey to the office of Apostle and Bishop on April 27, 2003. He Qualified in 2010 being confirmed and accepted into the covenant family of AIM by Bishop I.V & Bridget Hilliard, receiving a literary award in October of 2013 for one of his authored works. He became a part of Mothers Judy Hines Ministry Conference Team in 2014 and has been actively engaged interstate meetings. Then Dr. Harvey went on to receive a Leader of Valor Award from Bishop  Albert Jamison  of Pleasant Grove in 2015. Dr. Harvey was received by the Board of Rapha Alliance and  confirmed a covenant Pastor of the Alliance by Bishop Jackie McCullough in 2017.

Dr. Harvey has authored such rich impartations as "The Oil Of Promotion," "That's Why You can't Stop" and "The Marital Prescription." Dr. Harvey's Cable T.V program called Prophetic Flame has blessed many lives. He launched a weekly ministry on FB@Charity Cathedral and YouTube to help people deal with stress and navigate their lives in the heart of the pandemic. CCI will confirm that Dr. Harvey continues to pour all that God has gifted him. With three decades of ministry experience Pastor Harvey is still humbly submitted to the Holy Spirit when it comes to meeting the needs of any assembly.
